CSA Add-Ons
New for 2025 is a variety of add-ons to your CSA subscription. These add-ons help us raise the funds needed to expand operations including building new grow spaces, facilities for handling the harvest, as well as expand the tools we have available to continue producing high quality producing such as mulch and drip tape equipment, tillage, pumps, and row covers to extend the season to produce quality vegetables earlier in the spring and later in the fall. Purchase of a 2025 CSA subscription required for add-ons.
4 Week Fall CSA
Our 4 Week Fall CSA extends the season for those who enjoy all the late season crops such as potatoes, onions, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, kale, winter squash, as well as greenhouse crops such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and lettuce. Also included with the fall CSA is fruit such as apples, pears, and citrus (sourced from AZ and CA). We may also add other out of area fruits. The Fall CSA begins the week after our summer CSA ends and runs into early November. *LIMITED AVAILABILTIY
Fruit Pack
Get all your favorites picked at the peak of their season. Included with our Fruit Pack is 1/2 bushel of Palisade or Brigham City peaches,, 1/2 bushel of assorted apples, 1 peck of sweet red cherries, 1 peck Bartlett pears, 1 peck of plums, and 1 peck of apricots. Delivery early August through early October.
Summer Veggie Pack
Canners and freezers rejoice! Our Summer Crops Pack includes a variety of summer veggies perfect for canning and freezing for the winter. Included is 1/2 bushel of beefsteak type or roma tomatoes, 1/2 bushel of pickling cucumbers with free dill and garlic for pickling, 1/2 bushel green beans, 10 lbs red beets, 2 dozen ears of sweet corn, 1 peck of sweet and hot peppers, and 10 lbs of shredding size zucchini. Expect delivery July-October as available.
Fall Storage Crops Pack
Go into winter with a pantry full of veggies with our Storage Crops Pack. Included is 50 lbs red or russet potatoes, 30 lb assorted winter squash, 1/2 bushel assorted apples, 10 lbs yellow onions, 5 lbs carrots, 1 lb garlic, and 5 lbs assorted dry beans. Expect delivery the 2nd week of October, the week after our summer CSA ends.
Sweet Corn Pack
Get all the corn you need for winter with our sweet corn pack! Great for canning and freezing. Included is 100 ears of our delicious bi-color sweet corn. That's over 8 dozen! All of our corn is non-GMO and grown without synthetic pesticide sprays. We use natural pest control products and methods to ensure clean, quality produce. Expect delivery at the peak of our season, late August - early September. *LIMITED QUANTITIES
Thanksgiving Box
Celebrate the tastiest holiday of the year with our Thanksgiving Box. Delivered just before Thanksgiving, its a great way to eat local and enjoy delicious high quality produce and desserts with your Thanksgiving meal. Included is all the basics like potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, and garlic, kabocha squash, assorted apples, and a cut veggie tray with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and celery, just add your favorite dip. For dessert, enjoy a pie of your choice and 1 lb of our classic fudge. Also included is 1 dozen of our fresh homemade dinner rolls.
